Calling all advocates! We are excited to announce that COSSA’s annual spring event will be dedicated entirely to Social Science Advocacy Day in 2019. In our efforts to provide the most timely policy information to our community, we have embarked on a monthly webinar series with our members that allows us to tell you WHAT you need to know, WHEN you need to know it. Check out COSSA Headlines here. This new activity frees up our spring event to focus on making your Capitol Hill meetings as seamless and impactful as possible. COSSA’s 2019 Social Science Advocacy Day will include a kickoff session featuring a special guest speaker (to be announced in the coming months), a half-day of intensive context setting and advocacy preparation, COSSA’s annual Celebration of Social Science Rooftop Reception, and a full day of meetings on Capitol Hill. We hope to see you on April 30!

These changes have allowed us to drastically reduce the cost of participation compared to previous years.

Graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to register for a reduced rate of $25. To receive the student discount, email jmilton@cossa.org with your COSSA member organization, university, degree program, field of study, and anticipated year of graduation.
